Hi tribe:
My website is up, not completely stocked with images yet, but I'd love some feedback on how it looks so far.
www.fragiileindustries.com
I am a nationally-recognized and widely collected artist in a variety of mixed mediums. I primarily work with altered books, collage, shrines, and a little of everything else. I have ready-made works for sale. However, I specialize in custom altered art that is created with your own themes, images and momentos to create a personal relationship with the object. I'm hoping visitors will be inspired to participate in the creative journey, whether for their own personal enjoyment, as a memorial for rememberance of someone or something special, to use smaller items as focal points or accents in their own work, or for gifts for special occasions such as weddings.
Help me make this effort a success! I hope to hear from you.

Re: Participatory Altered Art and Assemblage - new website!
Thu, June 15, 2006 - 7:40 PMummm, your website needs work. It is hard to navigate and several areas appear to be under development... Your idea is great and the few images I was able to see were very nice - hope you get the site completed.
Cheers, -

Re: Participatory Altered Art and Assemblage - new website!
Wed, June 28, 2006 - 10:40 PMDave, you are right about it being under development. I'm learning website construction as I go. Also, adding images to my gallery is taking much longer than I expected, but I add more nearly every day.
Sorry about the navigation. Can you give me specifics I can cure? I've checked all internal links carefully. -

Re: Participatory Altered Art and Assemblage - new website!
Mon, July 31, 2006 - 10:34 AMSorry about the dead link -- I don't know what happened. My website is more developed now, and I've successfully created links on other tribes. If at first you don't succeed . . .
Try, try, this link again:

Thanks, Fragile Industries
